At BetterResults we are certified in various types of personality tools and use them in accordance with the preferences of our clients. We mainly work with the personality tool IEQ9 from Integrative9 Enneagram Solutions, which is based on The Enneagramme. We also offer assistance in the tools MPA and ACE from Master Management.
ACE (MASTER MANAGEMENT)
ACE is a cognitive test, measuring the individual's potential in understanding high complexity and making logical decisions.
The test also shows the ability to aquire new learing.

iEQ9 (INTEGRATIVE ENNEAGRAM SOLUTIONS)
Integrative9 is based on the Enneagram, which is particulary strong at describing motivational behaivour of the human being as well as preferred communication style.
IEQ9 is used for individuals and teams alike. During team development the team analysis focuses on strengths and areas of development within the team.
We use two different types of reports from Integrative9:
iEQ9 Individual report
The individual report identifies the individuals enneagram type, strengths, motivational factors, blind-spots as well as areas of development.
iEQ9 Team report
The team report identifies the enneagram style of the team, ressources as well as areas of development.
With clear defined team motivation the journey to improved commitment and results of the team has begun.

MPA (MASTER MANAGEMENT)
Based on nine personality competences, the work style behaivour of an employee, leader or candidate is identified.
Hence it is mainly the work style behaivour that is in focus.
MPA is used at individuals in connection with recruitment and personal development and can also be used at teams.
